Marketing Surveys

VG call centres who conduct our telephone marketing survey. These call centres are based in the UK and outside of Europe including India and Philippines.

VG call centres work under our systems and Data Protection and IT Security Policies – access to update all personal data is done through our systems.

How long we keep your data?

We will merely retain your personal information for as long as necessary or as long itrequire. The Law does not set a time limit on the amount of the time we should hold your personal data. Formerly we have obtained your personal information we will use recognized industry standard processes and protection features to attempt to prevent unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure and breach towards confidentiality, integrity and availability.
