Pankaj Dhanuka

Founder & Director

As co-founder and chief executive officer of Verso Group (a Fusion BPO group company), Pankaj Dhanuka is responsible for Verso’s strategy for growth and profitability, Sales and marketing, finance, technology as well as for the vision for the brand.

Since the very beginning, Pankaj has guided Verso towards success with his astounding business development skills, finance, and growth strategies as well as his brand vision. Under his regime, Fusion continues to grow into one of the fastest-growing outsourcing service providers in the world.

Originally from India, Pankaj is a Chartered accountant from ICAI. He graduated from St. Xavier’s College with a degree in accounting and business management.

Kishore Saraogi

Founder & Director

Kishore Saraogi is the co-founder and director of Verso Group (a Fusion BPO group company). He is responsible for Verso’s operational and financial strategy, technology, acquisitions, and expansion.

Kishore brings over ten years of management experience to Fusion. His operational management skills, the ability to think outside the box and the ability to find easy and cost-effective solutions have helped Fusion become a leading name in the outsourcing industry. Under his guidance, Fusion has experienced robust growth both in terms of expansion and revenue.

Originally from India, Kishore is a finance graduate from St. Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta.

He works closely with the board and is responsible for bringing overall business transformation and business growth (organically and inorganically). JT works closely with the multi-cultural and diverse team to create the business growth strategy and provides the overall strategic direction. The operations team work closely with him to draw from his operational experience and run an efficient organisation. With an overall work experience of 21+ years in IT & BPO outsourcing industry, he has worked in various leadership roles within Sales and Marketing, Account Management, Institutional Quality and Operations. He brings in a wealth of knowledge across Retail, BFSI, Travel & Hospitality domains. He is determined and leads from the front with a vision to achieve high-level growth!

Sales Director

Charles Wilkinson oversees the Sales team for the whole of the UK marketplace. He joined the company in 2018 and quickly proved himself to be an invaluable member of the team. With the company relocation and restructure in April 2019 came the opportunity for Charles to step up to Sales Director, a role in which he seamlessly transitioned to with great success. Charles favourite part of the job is the relationship building and consultative nature of the industry. He also loves mentoring, motivating and training the members of the sales team.
