Anthony Hawkins Chairman and CEO
Anthony has over a decade of senior experience within direct marketing. As Sales Director at both DLG and IPT, Anthony has been instrumental in developing some of the most successful data and lead generation teams in the industry a nd has helped pioneer and add sophistication to the way consumer surveys are now collected. His proven track record in the survey, data and lead generation space has culminated in him spearheading the explosive growth of Verso Group to consolidate its position as the UK’s foremost lead procurement agency and data originator.
To help differentiate Verso from its competitors and underpin Verso’s customer centric and flexible approach, Anthony has played a critical role in developing strategic partnerships and extending the suite of products available to clients. This has enabled Verso to become a full-service agency with its own in-house data collection and validation tools.
Daniel Hawkins Commercial Director
Having originally served in the armed forces, Daniel brought his military discipline, attention to detail and natural tenacity into the data industry when he joined DLG in 2002 and he quickly surpassed all previous records for sales revenue. Daniel’s new business development and account management skills dovetailed with his commercial perspicacity led to appointments as Sales Director at IPT and Sales Director at TeleProspects who were, previously, the dominant online and telemarketing lead generation specialists.
Daniel’s multi-channel consumer survey experience and front-foot client manageme nt skills were critical ingredients in the founding of Ver ve Media in 2010 and its rapid growth since. Verve’s takeover of Simply Outbound and merger with $50m international outsourcing group Fusion BPO in 2014 now provides the ideal platform for Daniel to add direct value to Verso’s commercial direction and growth.
Patrick Blake Group Sales Director
Patrick was one of the founding Directors of Verve Media and, along with his Verso co-directors, he remains a key driver behind the ongoing growth and success of the newly evolved business. Delivering consistent month-on-month growth within his division, Patrick remains focused on developing initiatives to achieve Verso Group’s goals and the goals of its clients.
Having spent over 10 years in the industry including heading up DLG’ digital division, Patrick’s knowledge and expertise in consumer data and telemarketing is significant and he has developed a wealth of valuable experience across most verticals. Patrick manages a hardworking and proactive direct sales team within the Verso Group and, as a result, he’s helped configure the bleeding edge lead generation solutions Verso provides to clients based on his real world appreciation of the needs, challenges and pain points of large outbound telemarketing clients. Methodical and results driven, Patrick has supported a broad array of consumer facing client businesses through the end-to-end data implementation and deployment process and is passionate about ensuring Versos enviable client retention rates remain the best in the business.
Dene Walsh Operations Director
Dene heads up Verso’s production, operations and compliance at Verso Group and, given his experience, adds direct value to the landline and mobile telemarketing data that underpins our lead generation products and services.
Having started his career with The J Partnership, Dene has continued to build his reputation in the industry and was integral to the set-up of both Discovery Media and Verso Group.
Pankaj Dhanuka Founder & Director
Pankaj is a heayweight in the global Information Technology Enabled Service (ITES) space and a Chartered Accountant. With a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier's College, Pankaj was CEO of $50m international outsourcing group Fusion BPO prior to their 2014 merger with Verve Media and the takeover of Simply Outbound to become Verso Group. Previous to Fusion BPO, Pankaj held senior positions with Xplore-Tech, WDC, Lodha Capital Markets and UTI.
Kishore Saraogi Founder & Director
A Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from St. Xavier’s College, Kishore was founder of Simply Outbound which he grew from a small start-up business to a global player with over 1,000 employees. Along with Verve Media and $50m international outsourcing group Fusio n BPO, the business has now evolved into The Verso Group. Kishore has vast experience in the BPO space gained across three continents with Xplore-Tech, Fusion BPO, ICICI Securities, Usha and Phocus.
